Birthday Fun

Last night we went to The Melting Point for Wesley & Missy's birthday. Two bluegrass bands played and they were both good. Town Mountain was more traditional bluegrass while Mountain Heart was bluegrass & rock. They drew a big crowd - standing room only.
Today we went to M&P's for a bbq bday lunch with Missy's family. When we came in Missy's mom, Debbie, sang happy bday to Wes. They are always so sweet to include us.
Now time to make a homeade carrot cake for Wes. My first one so I hope it goes well.
